Too Short

I'm back in Bradford, and I had a short, very short, yet wonderful time in the states. It was tooooo short! I can't wait to finish with this degree, move into the working profession and be one step closer to being a Mrs. One thing I have learned is that planning a wedding is not beans (easy)! I don't understand how some girls plan entire weddings before even meeting their future spouse?!? How does that work? Maybe I was too much of a tomboy to worry about 'planning my future wedding.' Right now I cannot begin to tell you I would have not planned a wedding without my fiance! No way! Too many little details, hidden cost, themes, websites, photography, family preferences and etc...

Dress: Zara, Patent Leather Clutch: Vintage, Bracelets: Misc, Shoes: Miu Miu

We plan to keep our wedding simple, elegant and small! And when I say small 250 guests, is small for a Nigerian wedding. Well enough wedding talk, off to start studying. More pics of my fabulous time in NY,and the DMV area coming soon. Meanwhile my mother kept complaining of my 'short dresses', saying they are too short! **Goes into the wardrobe to let go of some of my dresses that are too short, this one included.

Toodles.

my mom complains that my dresses "expose too much cleavage." I tell her - at least they're not tight AND short AND showing cleavage. I think that worked. lol
All the best planning your wedding! I have never envisioned/planned my wedding in my head, but the older I get and the more weddings I attend, I'm seeing a courthouse/brunch afterwards type deal. You're right, it's a LOT of work! 250 guests IS small for a Nigerian wedding so kudos to you! Best wishes with everything!
